Bettina
Bettina, originally from Munich, Germany, is a certified Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates instructor. She has completed several Teacher Training with Power Living, Patrick Beach and most recently SmartFLOW® with Annie Carpenter.
She strongly believes in the magic of movement and that people should always move their bodies in a way that makes them feel good. Yoga and Pilates are for everybody. Her goal for her students is to find the balance between enjoying challenges and, most importantly, having fun while you work up a sweat on your mat. Sharing and making yogic philosophy accessible for everyday life is still one of her favourite parts of teaching yoga.
Her aim as a teacher is to hold a safe space for her students to drop from their busy heads into their hearts, reconnect to their bodies, and learn more about themselves along the way.

Ellie
Originally from sunny California, Ellie’s classes are warm and down-to-earth with flowing sequences. She started teaching in 2015 and loves inspiring students to connect to their spirit and community through yoga.
Ellie arrived at her first yoga class in 2010. Years of competitive college tennis in the US had left Ellie with nagging injuries; it was time to try something new! Slowly, over time, Ellie began to feel better as she practised yoga, and yoga evolved into her passion. She completed her teacher training in 2015 at Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla, California, with Gerhard Gessner and Sara Deakin. She also completed Power Vinyasa training with CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA, and Yin training with Wiebke Queisser in Bondi Beach, NSW.
